At Royal Roastery NOLA, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee, we can only accept returns on non-perishable merchandise or unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee beans, please contact our team so we can find a blend that better suits your palate.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a return shipping label for merchandise or a credit for coffee quality issues.
- 3.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused merchandise or unopened coffee in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee immediately.
